£8.72 an hour (current minimum wage)

 We are looking for a person/s with a positive outlook and ability to work on own initiative, to support adults with a learning disability with daily living tasks and community activities. Both part time and full time positions available, but you must be able to do a minimum of one sleep in shift a week. Bank and weekend staff are also required. The position/s are shift work over 7 days, with a weekend off every other weekend . Benefits include- – 28 days holiday pro rata -Full training provided and following probation period staff will be offered the opportunity to complete a QCF qualification level 2 and 3 and/or Care Certificate – Opportunity to develop skills and your career further within the company Lucketts Care Agency takes pride in providing good quality of care and positive outcomes for adults with a learning disability. We are currently supporting 7 individuals with a mild to severe learning disability in a supported living environment, where 5 individuals shares a house and 2 individuals a flat. Staff are required to work in both locations, however they are located on the same grounds. Support staff are required to support individuals with all aspects of daily living, as well as support them to take part in a variety of activities out in the community, such as swimming, bowling and visits to the theatre and cinema. Support staff are required to update support plans and risk assessments for their key individuals. If you have experience supporting adults with a learning disability, hold relevant qualifications or are willing to train towards a QCF qualification, have a flexible and adoptive approach and would like to make a difference to the lives of adults with a learning disability we would like to hear from you.
